This is a new series on the blog, where I will showcase games that are not well-known or can’t be found on platforms like Steam, UPlay, or Origin. Still working out the details of the frequency of these posts (debating whether bi-weekly or monthly). Here is the first Game Finds!

Suicide Squad: Special Ops

Suicide Squad: Special Ops

This game accompanied the Suicide Squad movie release. In it, you are selected to lead a special task force. It is up to you and your squad to defeat horde of enemies. You can play as Harley Quinn with her baseball bat, Deadshot with his rifle or as Diablo with his pyrokinesis ability. This game was released for PC, Mac, iOS and Android with decent reviews.

No Mario’s Sky

No Mario's Sky

What happens when you mix Super Mario Bros and No Man’s Sky? No Mario’s Sky! This is a free game where you play as Mario, through 2D levels that are shaped as planets, and then you can fly in a spaceship to other worlds with different kinds of goombas. The game is available for PC, Mac and Linux. Fun fact about the game: It was developed in 72 hours!

Nicole is 26 years old and lives in the warm and tropical island of Puerto Rico. She is a freelance Web Developer & Designer. The first time she got involved with video games was with the Sega Genesis console (Fun fact: the console was released the year she was born) and ever since then video games have been part of her life. After the Sega Genesis, she got her own PC when she was five years old and started playing mostly on PC (Remember Quake? Unreal Tournament?). It has been a fun journey ever since, filled with worlds she's sad she'll never visit and characters she would love to meet in real life.
